Are you ready to lead a motivated team and shape the future of secure digital access for thousands of users? Our client in the IT industry is looking for a Team Leader for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join their dynamic team.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a team of 15 IT specialists who manage user access and security for over 35,000 users.
• Oversee and improve key systems like Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity IAM, and PKI solutions.
• Work closely with technical experts to make sure all services are stable, secure, and always improving.
• Take part in designing and optimizing processes to make the team’s work more efficient and the services even better.
• Help create proposals to win new customers from different industries.
• Be involved in challenging projects for well-known clients, using your knowledge to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Plan and monitor audits (ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISAE 3402) to ensure all systems and processes meet the highest standards.
• Implement and manage IAM policies and procedures, making sure user access is handled safely and efficiently.

• Experience leading technical teams or managing large IT projects.
• Solid education in computer science, plus relevant further training.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex tasks and projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity IAM, and PKI solutions.
• Ability to use their expertise to help their team grow and to encourage innovation.
• Solution-focused thinking and the ability to communicate and work well with different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong social skills, initiative, resilience, motivation, and a passion for teamwork.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a consulting background, bringing valuable experience in client engagement and project delivery.
