We are a Swiss recruitment firm looking for a switched-on and motivated professional to support a highly dynamic team in the area of HR to be based in our Warsaw office.

Your mission:

- Registering and de-registering employees across different departments (tax, insurance, etc.)
- Act as first point of contact for sickness and accidents cases including liaising with the insurance company and the company doctor
- Updating the overview of employees’ salaries and contact details as well as costs and claims received from the insurance company
- Processing the monthly salaries and sending invoices to clients
- Assist in administrative duties

Your background:

- Bachelor’s Degree is a must
- Several years of professional work experience
- Fluency in English and German - Communicative, inquisitive and independent
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of people
- Positive, organised and high attention to detail
