In this role you will have the following task which match your existing experience:
Required experience and skills: ?
- Receiving and processing incident reports and enquiries
( incident reports and enquiries mainly via telephone, but also via e-mail)
- Documentation of open incidents and enquiries
- Preliminary analysis of incidents (primarily 1st level, sometimes 2nd level)
- Resolving simple incidents via remote access
- Forwarding incidents
- Initiating the necessary escalation procedures
- Monitoring of open incidents and requests
- Permanently informing users about the status of their enquiry
