On behalf of one of our clients, an International Commodity Trading Boutique, Swisslinx is searching for an Accountant (40-60%) to join their team based in Zug. As part of a small, international team you would be responsible for all accounting operations for the Swiss entity in close collaboration with the CFO.
Your Mission:
• Provide support with daily accounting tasks
• Take ownership of bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable as well as payroll
• Keep track of daily payments and provide support for their execution
• Supervise the general reporting activities
• Manage payments to banks and provide the supporting documentation
• Manage office operations
Your Profile:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an accounting role
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, AP/AR, and Swiss GAAP
• Experience with tax reporting and payroll is considered an advantage
• Prior experience with BEXIO would be an asset
• Proficient in German and English
