For one of our clients, a single-family office based in Zug, Swisslinx is looking for a Senior Business Controller to set up and oversee financial processes and support corporate finance initiatives.
Your Impact:
As a senior finance expert, you will establish and develop finance processes within the family office and acts as a trusted finance business partner to the principal. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a permanent, full-time role alongside a team of international investment specialists.
Your Mission:
• Manage and oversee financial control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Support on corporate finance initiatives, e.g. investment analysis, due diligence, etc.
• Prepare financial reports for management review
• Coordinate and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities
• Analyse financial data to provide recommendations for future financial planning
Your profile:
• 5+ years of finance experience across controlling, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and closings
• Additional experience in corporate finance, private equity investments, investment analysis and/or M&A
• Professional background within financial services would be an asset
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and ability to anticipate potential conflicts and issues
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of independence
• Fluency in both German and English
