Your responsibilities:
- Ensure that operational work, project related activities and on-call services are performed according to KPIs
- Provide application management and support to ensure operational stability and effectiveness of applications
- Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery
Your profile:
- 8+ years' experience in the parmaceutical industry with business processes in the manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Experience in system installation and maintenance of operating systems, hardware and peripheral devices
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Windows 7/10
- Proven CSV knowledge and ITIL and GxP certification
- Fluent in English and German
