2nd Level Supporter

On behalf of our client, a private Swiss bank in Zurich, Swisslinx are looking for a 2nd Level Supporter for their digital wealth management department.

This role will involve:
-2nd level IT support for front queries on operational/transactional issues (problem solving & quality assurance) in the context of advisory process
-Leadership in complex requests overlapping different advisory and discretionary solution units or divisions and supporting testing activities for global releases
-Analysis of recurrent problems and solution identification
-Responsible for the delivery application support functions, incorporating the ownership, analysis and resolution of service incidents and problems
-Manage queries in a timely and efficient manner to provide front users with high quality solutions
-Ensure that all live applications are fully supported and meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements of service area
-Management and support of special/local projects and incident management
-Support conceptual work and provide presentations and documents
-Project roll-out support (extended arm of business analysts & product owner team)
-Training and post-implementation support (e.g. coaching) for font related new applications and releases
-Train new joiners on front business applications
-Support and drive business analysis activities with main focus on advisory & discretionary

The successful candidate will have:
-Proven success as a 2nd Level IT Supporter covering various applications relating to advisory or discretionary tools (Digital Advisory Suite experience preferential)
-Strong knowledge for IT applications including support tools and processes
-Extensive experience supporting global financial institutions across advisory & discretionary tools, processes and products
-Fluency in German and English (Italian or French language skills will be a distinct advantage)
-Familiarity with agile development processes and framework
-Strong analytical and investigation skills, with an ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure environment
-An action orientated personality, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work
-Ability to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential style
-Commercial approach should be a priority, with a focus on best practice (customer oriented)
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Sound understanding of the end-to-end operations in a private bank
-Flexible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
