Swisslinx is looking for an Administrative Assistant (HR & Finance) to join a Swiss management consulting firm with a focus on process automation and artificial intelligence (50-70%).

Your mission:

-In charge of providing administrative HR & Finance support to the Operations Leader

-Responsible for new hires and departures and files maintenance

-Accountable for all insurance and tax related activities

-Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as reporting and controlling tasks

-Expenses management and general administrative support

-Coordination with external suppliers when needed


Your background:

-Experience in a similar function is a plus

-Fluency in both German and English

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Reliable and motivated candidate
