On behalf of our client, a private Swiss bank, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Application Specialist to maintain and support a business critical CRM application.
This role will be an initial 12-month contract with a strong potential for long term extension.
Responsibilities will include:
-Monitoring and improvement of system performance and availability (SLA, OLA)
-3rd level support for applications (incident analysis and resolution)
-Coordination of deployments into Test and Production environments
-Support IT Service Owner in lifecycle planning of applications
-Support the impact analysis of new requirements on the application
-Plan and perform adaptive/ perfective measures related to the applications
The successful candidate will have:
-Extensive experience in Application Management including lifecycle maintenance and operations
-Strong background of managing incidents and tracking KPIs, benchmarking, and delegating support tasks appropriately
-Excellent understanding and experience working with sensitive and business critical CRM or Client data management systems within banking environments
-Expert knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL scripting
-Java development experience will be a distinct benefit
-Excellent communication and coordination skills
-Fluency in German will be a distinct advantage
