On behalf of our client, an international market leader in the area of Lab R&D Digital transformation, Swisslinx is seeking a Business Development Specialist.
Your Mission:
- Engage with interested customers and present the firm, products on offer, and benefits
- Gain an initial understanding of client needs and advice on how products can create solutions to their R&D needs
- Research relevant market players in the pharma / biotech space and understand who key decision makers are
- Develop pitches which are tailored to different types of organisations – start-ups or enterprise customers
- Assist marketing and other teams to draw attention to events which promote products and the brand
Your background:
- University education in a life sciences subject (biology, Biochemistry, bioengineering, biotechnology etc.)
- Recently / soon to be graduated, or a few years of work experience
- Interest in Software / Digital transformation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop relationships and engage people
- Fluent in English and at least one other language (French or German)
