Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear strategic vision to propel international growth and profitability aligned with long-term organizational goals.
- Inspire and lead a team of senior executives to achieve business objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments.
- Assume responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, and maintaining a robust financial position for the company.
- Identify new business opportunities, market developments, and growth prospects, forging strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate positive and transparent relationships with customers, prospects, suppliers, colleagues, and shareholders.
- Ensure efficient business processes, guided by the vision of 'better, smarter & faster.'
- Identify and manage operational and strategic risks to ensure business stability.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards within the industry.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years in a managerial position.
- University degree/relevant educational background; an MBA would be a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of the labor market, relevant laws, and regulations.
- Proven success in leading growth and achieving financial goals.
- Strong strategic thinking, innovation focus, and a keen interest in the latest AI developments and applications.
- Actively engaged in commercial networks, social media, and a representative figure for interested organizations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English; German highly desirable.
- A leader who values the personal growth of employees.
