Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a System and Process Specialist to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the supply chain systems and processes, optimizing distribution efficiency, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and coordinate system-related issues in day-to-day distribution operations.
- Participate in global projects aimed at improving supply chain management functions.
- Support specific distribution projects and conduct system testing.
- Drive best practices and process optimization across the supply chain.
- Maintain compliance and standards between internal systems and external partners.
- Execute the system and process strategy aligned with distribution objectives.
- Monitor interfaces and manage issues to ensure business continuity.
- Identify and drive root cause analysis and process improvements.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or supply chain field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with SAP, especially in supply chain modules.
- 5-7+ years of operational experience in supply chain/distribution, including ERP system experience.
- Familiarity with IRT and Middleware is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German skills are a plus).
- Proactive, motivated, and solution-oriented team player
