About our client
For our client, one of the leading Healthcare & Life Sciences companies based in Basel, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as Customer Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment. This is a contract position for at least 7 months.
Your mission:
- Provide clinical leadership and strategic input for all clinical deliverables
- Leads and manages the clinical sections and oversees medical and scientific review of clinical trial data
- Act as a clinical expert collaborating with external stakeholders and internal decision boards
- Lead and manage global initiatives
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum University degree in the Healthcare & Life Sciences field
- Minimum 5 years within the Pharmaceutical industry in a customer facing role
- Supply chain experience is considered a great advantage
- Fluency in at least three of the following languages: German, English, Italian, French or Spanish
