Swisslinx is looking to hire a Data Privacy Consultant for our client based in Dublin, Ireland. In this role you will consult their clients regarding their privacy challenges – Data privacy, data security, GDPR and other regulatory measures and more.

If you are passionate about Privacy and Data Protection, and keen to learn and develop in your career, then this role is for you! Depending on your prior experience, training will be provided as appropriate.

Our client is open to hiring at varying levels of seniority and experience, so whether you are experienced in this field or think you bring the base skills to become a strong Data Privacy Consultant, we would be happy to hear from you.

About our client

Our client is a Data Privacy consulting boutique, well known in the field with an open and forward-thinking attitude. They have offices in London and Ireland, work with international clients and are keen to expand their footprint.

What you can expect:

- Consulting and assisting clients on their data protection needs
- Arranging workshops for clients on data protection compliance
- Keep up to date with any changes to the law on all matters relating to data protection and ensure that clients have
updated and implemented these changes in their policies and procedures
- Do assessments on data protection impact
- Attend to data security audits
- If you want to, get involved in Business Development of new clients

You bring:

- Strong understanding of Data Privacy/Security topics and the passion to keep learning
- Any prior working experience in data privacy, information security, cyber-security or any other related topic is welcomed
- Any relevant qualifications like CISA, CISSP etc are welcome but not a must
- Experience as a consultant, business analyst, auditor, analyst or manager would be relevant
- Confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders
- Soft skills: attention to detail, with an analytical and solution oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English, any other language skills a plus
