About our client
For our client, one of the leading Healthcare & Life Sciences companies based in Solothurn, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as an Administrative Document Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment. It will be a contract position for 6 months initially.

Your mission:
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organization, including coordination of the documentation process
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required
- To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
- Create and manage templates for project and operational documentation, such a procedures and protocols

The ideal candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience with documentation in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of document management systems
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure of time
