ERP Quality Solution Architect
About our client
On behalf of our client, one of Switzerland’s leading pharmaceutical companies, Swisslinx is currently looking for an ERP Quality Solution Architect.
This is a contracting role lasting through June 2020 and is based in Basel.
Your tasks and mission
- Define, design, build and oversee the implementation and rollout of ERP functional solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA for Quality Management globally
- Ensure the solution fits to the internal Quality Management requirements and the end to end technical operations processes including systems, interfaces and platforms
- Collaborate with the program and business teams to ensure continuous business and IT alignment
- Collaborate with functional and IT teams working closely with the Quality Management, especially Manufacturing and Master Data
- Define and contribute to the development of interfaces between SAP and other systems, eg LIMS and Global Batch Tracing
- Manage and guide suppliers' resources working in the QM area
- Work closely with PMO to ensure effective project governance, management and timely reporting of progress on activities and work packages according to the program plan and milestones
- Ensure smooth handover of the solution and the systems built to the support and operations teams
Your background
- Ideally, you have 10+ years of experience in a global enterprise in the Pharmaceutical industry, delivering ERP solutions in transformational projects
- 10+ years of hands on experience in delivering ERP QM solutions, preferably in Pharma/healthcare industry with excellent Business Process knowledge in the area of Supply Chain Quality management
- You have a solid understanding of the QC and QA processes, Manage Supplier Quality process, very good understanding of the integration between SAP and Laboratory systems, Production, Warehouse and Plant Maintenance
- Knowledge of S/4 HANA is a plus!
- You are fluent in English (German would be a plus)
