On behalf of our client, a leading executive search boutique, Swisslinx is seeking a driven and highly organised Executive Assistant to be based in Zurich. In this function, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support one of the Managing Partners on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities:
-Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
-Organising meetings and travel arrangement
-Schedule calls and/or interviews between candidates and respected Partner/Consult-ant with proactive follow-up
-Producing reports and presentations and participating in on-going projects
-Maintaining documents and database system up to date
-Support the wider team on a wide range of administrative and back office duties
-Coordination and collaboration with the Office Manager and rest of Executive Assistant team
-Participation on regular local and global meetings with the international team
Your background:
-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally from recruitment or a boutique firm
-German mother tongue is a must as well as fluency in English. Mandarin would be an advantage
-Capacity to prioritise tasks and ability to work under project deadlines
-Charismatic and well-presented professional who enjoys a high level of interaction
-Excellent written skills in both languages and attention to detail are key for this role
