About our client
For our client, one of the leading Life Sciences companies based in Visp, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Facility Administration Specialist. It is a contract position for around 1 year with the possibility for extension.

Your mission:
- Control, update and documentation of the constantly changing occupancy.
- Preparation of occupancy planning in cooperation with all project managers
- Control of the costs incurred and their correct charging in cooperation with Controlling
- Detailed key control
- Ensuring maintenance in cooperation with subcontractors

The ideal candidate:
- Completed apprenticeship in the commercial or technical field
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with experience in real estate management
- Good Excel knowledge, MS Office basic knowledge
- German and English are a must, Swiss-German is preferred
