Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the banking industry? Our client in the banking sector is seeking a Financial Compliance Specialist to be a valuable member of their Consolidated Supervision team.

Role and Function:
As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Consolidated Supervision team, focusing on the Internal Control Framework and Quality Assurance module. The team oversees the implementation of Global Minimum Standards (GMS) and Global Minimum Controls (GMC) across various locations within the banking group. Your responsibilities will include managing the Group Policy Management framework, implementing GMC within Group entities, and conducting independent Quality Assurance to ensure proper adherence to standards and controls.

Brief Job Description:
- Provide guidance on the GMC framework and tools to international locations for implementing local key controls and reporting control results.
- Ensure effective communication of revised and new GMCs to relevant international locations.
- Consolidate input from international locations on GMC applicability, implementation, and results for key stakeholders, Risk Type Owners, and Senior Management.
- Manage the GMC deviation/non-applicability workflow tool and related processes.
- Support the roll-out and implementation of GMC in newly established/acquired entities of the group.
- Assist in the development and design of the Quality Assurance Framework.
- Create supporting material and processes for performing Quality Assurance reviews and consolidating results.
- Conduct Quality Assurance at Head Office and international locations.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Background in Audit or Risk Analysis is an added advantage.
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, business administration, or finance.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to stay focused on objectives with a can-do attitude.
