Swisslinx is a market leader in Recruitment Consulting Services in Switzerland, active in the placement of specialist Financial, Technology, Life Sciences, and Commodities/Natural Resources personnel for permanent roles and consulting assignments both in Switzerland and internationally.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the local finance function including bookkeeping and payroll
• Financial reporting to local management in Switzerland and wider group internationally including KPI reporting and cash flow projections
• Liaise with the finance counterparts within the group to ensure timely and concise reporting
• Prepare and analyse budgets
• Manage one Accountant within the team
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Take an active part in a transition project and recommend changes that lead to improved financial insights or performance
• Able to work with and safeguard highly sensitive and confidential information
Your Profile:
• Min. 5 years’ experience in accounting and finance with prior controlling experience
• Comprehensive understanding across accounting, bookkeeping and payroll processes
• Prior working experience in Switzerland is preferred
• Excellent Excel knowledge, any other accounting system would be a strong plus
• Proactive, organised and process driven approach to work
• Full fluency in English and German (min. B2 required)
