Do you have extensive experience as a Manager in a growing business? Are you passionate about getting results and moving the company forward? As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of strategic planning efforts and building strong client relationships.
The company is active in the provision of laboratory services as a service, bench space and full support, to early stage and growing pharma and biotech companies.
The primary responsibilities of this role will be:
- Develop and assure achievement of revenues and profits, full P&L responsibility for new business
- Day-to-day management and oversight of client engagements
- Ensure efficient running of the daily operations
- Lead dedicated teams to grow the market while maintaining high levels of profitability
Your background:
- At least 8 years of experience in a Management position within the hospitality/concierge/facilities as a service sector is an absolute MUST
- Strong leadership and client relationship skills
- Experience in sales and new business development, pitching and closing!
- Excellent understanding or meeting customer demands
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English – French and Chinese are a plus
