In this role you will act as the key contact person for a variety of stakeholders and be responsible for the 2nd level support, backlog management and operations for issues relating to the Temenos application.
- Proven experience in a 2nd level support position, ideally in contact with Temenos
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Java and Linux
- Fluency in German English is mandatory
