On behalf of our client, a major Swiss healthcare company, Swisslinx is looking for a Global Migration Lead for a contract position in Basel. You will join the Early Research and Development organization which enables scientists to manage Data & Information along the life cycle in a compliant and sustainable way. Our client undergoes a large transformation of their document management landscape and you will be part of the team responsible for this process.
Your responsibilities:
- Transform the content management and document management in a highly competitive organization
- Improve the daily lives of researchers by designing efficient processes and innovative solutions
- Lead the planning and execution of crucial project activities, such as reporting and stakeholder-management
- Interact on a regular basis with a large variety of stakeholders
Your profile:
- Degree in Information technology or in a scientific / business administration field with a very strong aptitude for IT systems
- 5+ years of working experience in transformative activities and project team in a similar environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint, Office and Google Suite
- Proven experience in system migration / organizational transformation in a global project
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
