Head of Service Operations
On behalf of our client, a growing IT Software Solution business, Swisslinx are looking for a Head of Service Operations to manage the entire managed services and necessary infrastructure.
Responsibilities will involve:
-Act as a bridge builder and guide and shape the new agile DevOps environment
-Lead and guide the IT team including system engineers, network engineers, and ICT support teams across various topics
-Ensure the security and availability of workplace environments and compliance with agreed SLAs
-Responsible for incident, change, and problem management across associated infrastructures
-Influence further service development and enhancement across the business
-Advisory responsible for defining process landscapes, SLAs and service operation models
The successful candidate will bring:
-Higher education in the field of information technology (FH / ETH) and optimally have further certificates in the field of agile (Scrum Master, Coach)
-Deep understanding of process and operational management skills (ITIL, business administration)
-DevOps mindset and work methodology as well as knowledge of Servant Leadership principles - are able to cover the subject areas and content of ITIL V4
-Several years of professional experience in IT operations with managerial responsibility
-Excellent communication skills and proven ability to ensure optimal flow of information internally and externally
-High level of self-management and a sense of responsibility
-Fluency in German and English
