On behalf of our client in the Healthcare and Lifesciences field, Swisslinx is looking for Senior HR Project Manager in Valais. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment. It is a contract position for at least 7 months, with the possibility for extension.
Your responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of Human Resources contact to functional management and interact with all levels of management on a regular basis
- Develop and implement a strategic people plan regarding talent and performance management, employee engagement and succession planning.
- Support and participate in a collaborative relationship, to drive development planning and implementation aligned with the other HR organization of the HR matrix
- Manage project Work: leadand participates in local, regional and functional HR, as well as cross function projects
Your background:
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Business Administration or HR
- A minimum of 7 years of HR experience in an international environment, ideally having led a transformation
- Experience within the Healthcare & Lifesciences field is a must
- Fluent in English and German
