On behalf of our client, a pioneering technology leader with a comprehensive offering for the digital industries, Swisslinx is seeking an HR Services Specialist to join their team on a short notice in the greater Zurich area.

This is a contract position for 5 months.

Your mission:
- Support the management of GBS HR Operations in the area of payroll
- Take over and handling of tasks related to Payroll, Benefits & Comp processes
- Participation in projects and process improvements in these subject areas
- Operational assistance in processing inquiries and orders in the above-mentioned subject areas (e.g. payroll administration and data maintenance, wage runs)
- Technical support and contact person for questions related to topics such as salaries, social insurance, QST
- Support in management tasks to lead the payroll team

Your profile:
- Proven professional experience in the area of payroll
- Strong project management skills
- Proven experience with process adjustments and improvements
- Good knowledge in the areas of labor, social security and tax law
- Very good language skills (business fluent) in German and English
- Good user knowledge of SAP HR, ServiceNow Ticket System, MS Office
