Are you an experienced HR Transformation professional who is looking for a new position?
On behalf of our client, a global trading company, Swisslinx are looking for a HR Transformation Consultant for a long-term position based in Geneva.
In this project you will be directly involved in the digitisation of our client's HR solutions.
Your responsibility:
- Advising internal stakeholders on how to conduct Digital Transformation within HR
- Structure, plan and implement key HCM transformation projects from end-to-end
- Define and implementation of new processes with HR, particularly the digital employee lifecycle process
Your skills/experience:
- Proven experience as a transformation consultant in a similar HCM transformation role
- Strong knowledge of relevant technologies such as SAP ECC, Workday and SuccessFactors
- Fluency in English is required
- This is a fast moving industry and flexible and determined attitude is required
