We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff (80 – 100%) to join our client, a technology boutique operating in the aviation industry. As a right hand to the CEO, you would support the local team on operative, administrative as well as strategic topics on a global level.
With a broad set of responsibilities, you are a key driver of the success of a young business in growth stage and join a small, collaborative team in Zug whilst working closely with other offices globally. If you're a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills and a knack for managing diverse tasks, this is the right opportunity for you.
This would be an interim position for a maternity leave cover for 6 months initially with an immediate start date.
Your Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's long-term strategies and goals.
• Create professional reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Analyze and condense information and correspondence, effectively prioritizing key points.
• Manage the CEO's communications and calendar, including travel arrangements.
• Oversee general administration for Swiss and UK offices, including filing, documentation, and minute-taking.
• Serve as Company Secretary, preparing and distributing Board papers.
• Support the CEO in managing executive team communication and collaboration.
• Provide leadership and direction on key projects and initiatives.
• Attend meetings and represent the CEO when necessary.
• Establish and maintain key alliances with industry contacts and networks.
Your Profile:
• 4-7 years of experience in positions that require high flexibility and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in consulting or financial services is considered a strong asset.
• Native German speaker with excellent communication in English both verbally and written.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Highly trustworthy, with a strong commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
• Extensive managerial experience, adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics.
