Swisslinx, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced ISDA Negotiator who can successfully act as an intermediary between banks, legal teams and other negotiators and lead negotiations related to investment banking.
We are looking for a candidate to be located in London that can be available at short notice for a 6 month project with possible extension.
Your Resposibilities:
• Draft, negotiate and close ISDA, GMRA and Repo master agreements
• Coordinate and liaise with various parties including sales, credit risk, legal and collateral management
• Inform and advise relevant parties on any regulatory changes or legal obligations that affect their area
Your Skills:
• 3+ years post qualification experience of ISDA/Repo negotiation
• Strong understanding of derivatives and associated documents and other financial services products
• Excellent knowledge of master agreements such as ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA as well as CSA
• Strong communication skills and ability to present if required
• Fluency in English is essential
