For our client, one of the most instantly recognisable brands in the banking sector worldwide, Swisslinx are looking for an IT Business Analyst for a new rolling 12 month contract in Zurich with a strong chance for extension starting as soon as possible.
As an IT Business Analyst you will work in the Execution and Agency Development Orginization in a dynamic team with multi nationalities.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis
- Hosting Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Sprint Review
- Support of the Agile Chapter across various development streams
- Support the Product Owner with Backlog Refinement, Prioritization, and Demos
- Challenge existing assumptions, approaches, and design
- Provide best practice in Business value delivery strategies, requirements gathering techniques, and user acceptance techniques to variuos groups within the Department
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent combining Business and IT
- Multiple years of experience as an IT Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst
- Working as a Scrum Master with proven experience
- Ability to analyze complex Problems and identify potentional solution options
- Ability to translate business Needs to clear technical requirements and to communicate technical concepts to business users
- You are Agile-minded and ideally a Follower om Scrum methodologies
- Fluency in English (German advantageous)
