For one of our main clients we are looking for an IT Demand Manager with experience with Omni-channel for e-commerce, CRM and key account management.

As the IT Demand Manager for ERP, CRM, Sales Cloud, and Marketing, you will be responsible for gathering, prioritizing, and elaborating IT demands in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams. You will play a key role in defining requirements, evaluating solution options, and driving the implementation of SAP solutions to support omni-channel initiatives and business growth.

The ideal candidate has excellent stakeholder management experience and ideally with ERP, JIRA and SNOW.

You'll be part of a Demand Managers team and you will report to the Head of IT demands.

Required experience:
- Proven experience in IT demand management, project management, or business analysis roles, preferably in a complex IT environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, Sales Cloud, and Marketing concepts, with hands-on experience in SAP solutions preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

English is a must, German is a strong plus.

The position is fully remote and the initial contract duration is 6 months with high chances of extension afterwards.
