IT Environment & Coordination Lead
On behalf of our client, a private Swiss bank, Swisslinx are looking for an IT Environment & Coordination Lead to monitor, process, and troubleshoot a large selection of applications into an end to end testing environment.
Responsibilities will include:
-Working closely with release, configuration, and test management teams to analyse the impact of changes that are being deployed into the system test environment
-Onboard applications to deliver a more effective end to end service
-Perform daily operation checks for system and application processes and communicate status updates to application managers and service owners
-Coordinate all job actions on the system test environment (no hands-on testing)
-1st level support and analysis
-Manage the issues and resolutions within the test environment
-Coordination with other IT services to setup and run the international test activities
The successful candidate will bring:
-Broad knowledge across IT operations and environments
-Previous experience or exposure with AWA and UC4 is a must
-Proven coordination skills – ideally within a testing environment
-Strong technical know-how and comfortability across various platforms, operating systems, and applications
-Experience liaising closely with application managers, service owners, testers, and release and deployment teams
-Professional experience in the banking or financial services industry
-Excellent communication skills
