Your responsibilities:
- 1st Level support via telephone, email, and face to face for internal IT and telephone related customer service requests.
- Request management for IT Hardware
- Incident and problem management
- General reporting

Your profile:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of SharePoint, mobile technology, iOS, Windows OS, and MS Office
- Service Now experience is advantageous
