For our client, one of the most instantly recognisable brands in the banking sector worldwide, Swisslinx are looking for a Test Manager for a new rolling 6 month contract in Zurich with a strong chance for extension starting as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop a sustainable and successful test strategy and implement it
- Continuous improvement of all testing related processes
- Coordinate all test activities in the ongoing releases
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Define how specifications are captured for functional testing
- Ensure an efficient test coverage
- Manage execution of functional testing
- Generation of reports
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent combining Business and IT
- 5+ years of experience in Software testing with at least 2+ years in a leading role
- Testing SME with strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Extensive Knowledge about test processes
- Experience in the financial industry
- Test automation experience and Knowledge of test automation Frameworks
- Knowledge about advisory processes, financial products and portfolio management
- Fluency in English (German advantageous)
