- Handling telephone hotline requests and the support mailbox
- Documentation of the solutions and issues so that the knowledge Database is up to date and readily accessible to other members of the support team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Openlink's Findur system, Bottomline Technologies, and/or DataWarehouse is advantageous.
