On behalf of our client, a leading international agricultural science and technology company based in Canton Argau, Swisslinx is looking for a Laboratory Assistant for their crop protection research division.
Start Date: Ideally August 2024
Location: Stein, Aargau
Workload: 100%
Work type: on site
Duration: 12 months
Your mission:
- Work as part of the company's crop protection research division.
- Perform research activities in a laboratory environment.
- Be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining cleanrooms and equipment.
- Assist with receipt and inspection of raw materials, and ordering and stocking of materials and equipment.
Your background:
- You have good laboratory skills, and knowledge of commonly-used concepts, techniques, and procedures within a chemistry lab.
- You can accurately follow existing guidelines and protocols in a laboratory environment.
- You have a bachelors degree in a life-science related field, or a qualification as a laboratory technician (bonus, not mandatory).
