For our clients, we are looking for several Swiss qualified Legal Counsels. Our clients are international players within the Financial Services, Telecommunications and Industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
-Review, draft and negotiate various agreements and related legal documents
-Provide clarification on legal aspects, dealing with multiple internal stakeholders
-Interpret and translate legal requirements effectively to the business
-Ensure compliance with corporate and company policies
Your background:
-Master’s Degree in Law, obtained in Switzerland
-Experience with complex contract management
-Fluency in both German and English, French would be a plus
-Outstanding communication skills, able to engage at all levels
-Demonstrable knowledge across a broad spectrum of Swiss law
-Strong analytical competence and attention to detail
