On behalf of our client, a multinational holding group with a wide range of businesses across the world, Swisslinx is seeking a Legal Counsel with fluency in both German and English.

This opportunity will enable the successful candidate to take responsibility for a broad range of tasks mostly related to corporate law and supporting board activities. You will join a highly skilled and professional legal team that can offer the chance to utilize your legal background in an interesting and challenging setting.


Your responsibilities:


-Provide legal advice to the holding and its businesses on structural and ad-hoc legal questions
-Answer legal questions in a wide array of legal topics including on contracts, employment and corporate matters, claims and litigation
-Develop and foster relationships with internal stakeholders
-Ensure compliance with the holding policies and protect the interest of the group


Your background:


-You ideally hold a University degree in Law with an admission to the Swiss bar but European law graduates will be considered based on experience
-5 years’ relevant experience gained in a law firm or corporate environment where you have been exposed to several law topics
-Good grasp of a wide range of business within financial services
-German mother tongue, English must be excellent in both spoken and written
-Independent and proactive approach to work
