On behalf of our client, a financial services company in Zug, we are looking for an HR professional who will be responsible for the local office.

Your responsibilities:
- assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- coordinating work certificates, reference letters and contracts
- acting as point of contact for employees
- liaising with local authorities
- preparing HR reports


Your background:
- previous experience in HR, with knowledge of Swiss Labor law
- Fluent German and English speaker
- strong communication skills and hands-on attitude
