On behalf of our client, a well-known financial institution, Swisslinx is seeking a Mortgage and Loan Processor to join their team in Zurich on a temporary assignment. Within the credit services department, you will play a key role in the preparation and completion of all documents in the area of mortgage and loans in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities:
-Controlling and processing all the information regarding loan documentation through the bank’s system
-Close collaboration with external stakeholders (notaries, registry offices, banks and insurances companies)
-Create loan submission and payment execution
-Ensure the process is completed in compliance with the banking regulations and policies
Your background:
-A maximum of 3-4 years’ experience in mortgage processing within a bank
-Sound knowledge of notary and land law
-Customer service centered and strong stakeholders management skills are essential for this position
-Fluency in both German and English. French would be a plus
