On behalf of a global Swiss bank, Swisslinx is looking for a motivated candidate to join their Processing team in Zürich. This is a temporary opportunity lasting 6 months with a possibility of turning permanent.
Your Mission:
- Processing and support of digital and manual processes related to banking products such as pension provision, online banking, RET (retained correspondence), rental deposits and product bundles
- Monitoring the automated processes
- Liaise and clarify with various departments (IT, front, product management)
Your Background:
- Relevant education within Finance / Accounting or Business Operations or Swiss KV
- Experience within operational processes, payments or product control processes is an advantage. Ideally within Financial Services or Big 4
- Excellent analytical skills paired with good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Fluency in German and English a must
