PMO and Communications Specialist
On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss bank, Swisslinx are looking for a PMO and Comms Specialist for a 6 month contract in Zurich.
This role will involve:
-Supporting the department head during preparation and implementation for project related tasks
-Budget planning and controlling
-External vendor management and liaison
-Senior stakeholder management
-Various ad hoc administration and PMO tasks
The successful candidate will have:
-Proven experience as a PMO supporting complex banking projects
-Strong communication skills and extensive experience coordinating between various internal and external partners
-Excellent presentation skills and experience providing senior management with presentations and project updates
-Strong knowledge of project financial KPI’s
-Extensive experience working within a private banking environment
-A well structured and proactive mindset
-A team player
-Ability and willingness to work under pressure
-Fluency in both German and English
