We are looking for an experienced Assistant PMO with a penchant for data and financial activities. Our client is looking for someone to join until the end of the year and would prefer for someone to stay longer. You would be supporting the IWMS Agile Program
Management Office (APMO) Team for Holistic Advice in the following areas:
- Responsible for coordinating the administration pathway for external project resources
- Support capacity planning of the agile teams and forecasting
- Manage data sourcing and entry for external resources’ effective bookings and keep Financial dashboards up-to-date
- Ensure effective communication of PMO processes during Agile syncs as well as in Confluence and SharePoint
- Analyse, define, agree and implement ways both to increase the efficiency and automation of APMO activities
- General support of Solution Management and the APMO Team Lead as required
Required experience:
- Very strong Excel / Tableau / Power BI skills ***
- Strong experience on PMO financial activities***
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and Collaboration tools
(particularly Excel, as well as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira)
- Knowledge of query-building (in particular Microsoft)
- Experience aggregating and presenting data in tools such as PowerBI
- Project Management knowledge
- Knowledge in agile project methodologies and Agile
- Framework “SAFe 5” is an advantage
- Broad consulting skills
- Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination
between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
- Willing and able to also take care of a high-administrative workload
(time-entry management, financial controlling, etc.)
- Good presentation and communication skills
