Swisslinx is currenting an experienced Buyer and Procurement professional for our Life Sciences client with based in Visp (home office is available). The role is a temporary contract or the time being, 6-12 months.
Your mission
- Management a high volume of CAPEX project procurement in Pharma / Biotech Construction
- Independently manage Service Providers (Engineering Firms, HVAC companies), as well as purchase materials
- Track performance and identify potential savings, risks & opportunities
- Responsible for Purchase Order creation and maintenance of internal systems
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Your background
- 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally from Pharma / Biotech Construction
- Proactive, committed and team orientated working style
- Strong communication skills and high level of cultural awareness
- Fluent in German and English
- Availability to start a new position fairly quickly
