On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zurich, Swisslinx are looking for a Program Manager to lead various new business initiatives relating to new product rollouts.
This role will involve:
-Management of programs and projects in a hybrid environment
-Use of agile methods (e.g. Jira, Kanban, Epics, Features, Stories, Scrum, ceremonies) and ensuring that team members can also use the instruments
-Management of strategic and project-related topics with a focus on digitization, mobile payment and e-commerce
-Project planning, setting milestones and activities as well as ongoing project controlling
-Coordination and definition of the scope of an MVP and coordination with the stakeholders
-Quality assurance and risk management
-Assistance in determining potential savings, increasing efficiency and improving processes
The successful candidate will have:
-You have a higher education (e.g. ETH, UNI or FH) and preferably experience in the SAFe Framework or another agile enterprise method
-At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the financial services industry
-Previous experience leading payments or credit card projects and programs from end to end
-Very good oral and written knowledge in German and English
-Conceptual skills and structured and solution-oriented thinking skills
-Fast comprehension, high willingness to learn and analytical thinking skills
-Resilience, flexibility, ability to cooperate
-Independence and a sense of responsibility
-Negotiation skills and assertiveness
-High communication and team skills
