For our client, one of the leading Healthcare & Life Sciences companies based in the Bern area, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Regional Regulatory Coordination Scientist.
Duration: 10 month contract
Regional Regulatory Coordination Scientist (Latin America)
Your Mission:
•Obtaining marketing authorizations according to registration plan
•Maintaining the marketing authorizations: prepare and support applications for renewals and variations according to local requirements
•Effective planning, coordination, tracking and communication of local requirements/regulations and submission deadlines to stakeholders
•Provide and maintain overview on pending and planned activities
•Ensure that the distributors/regulatory agents comply with company's standards and guidelines to accomplish any regulatory activities
•Responsiblity for product compliance with approved regulatory status
•Coordination and approval of company's product packaging materials
•Support tender process by collecting all regulatory information requested
•Ensure full compliance of the company's products with local Regulatory regulation
Your Profile:
•Minimum Bachelor Degree in life-sciences (pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry)
•Fluency in English and Spanish
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Target and performance orientated, ability to work systematically, structured and under pressure
•Good knowledge of MS-Office
