Your Mission:
• Prepare and process payroll of internal staff.
• Prepare and submit Corporate Tax, VAT, and withholding tax declarations.
• Manage financial reporting: monthly closing activities; prepare and analyze financial statements which are compliant with accounting standards; review, monitor and control revenue and cost situations.
• Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable, including processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, as well as reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct bookkeeping and reconciliation of bank statements with company records.
• Assist and participate in internal and external audits.
Your Background:
• Educational background in finance, accounting or business administration.
• 5-7 years’ experience in accounting and working knowledge of Swiss accounting standards.
• Solid Excel and ERP experience.
• You are a critical thinker with a “can-do attitude”, and persistently problem solve.
• Strong written and verbal English.
