On behalf of a promising Fintech startup with a goal of revolutionizing the retail and service industry, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Developer to join their ever growing and developing team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your sales track record and Swiss network within an organization that offers a high level of autonomy, responsibility and development potential.
Your Mission:
- Develop the Swiss business by attracting new clients through value added and solution oriented selling
- Create, prioritize and manage a database of local businesses
- Gather product feedback from businesses and communicate it to the product development team
- Cross-sell additional offerings to existing clients and manage the accounts
- Create a sales handbook to supplement the sales pitch while
- With time, expand the business internationally in the DACH Region and expand the sales team
Your Background:
- Proven track-record and a minimum of 10 years professional experience within Sales or BD, ideally in the technology sector
- Strategic know-how with and existing network in Switzerland
- Confident to hunt and meet potential clients on a daily basis
- Can-do attitude, comfortable taking ownership of various tasks and managing a team
- Adaptable and creative to translate ideas and feedback into actions and concrete suggestions
- Fluency in Swiss German and English is a must
