Your main responsibilities will include:
- Efficient document management: organizing, scanning, and filing various documents, including contracts, memos, forms, and other important materials.
- Skillful coordination of executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting in meeting preparation and detailed minute-taking to support the activities of the Legal Department.
- Acting as a central point of contact and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal professionals, to foster seamless communication.
- Handling general administrative tasks to maintain an organized and productive work environment.
- Conducting research, generating reports, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Supporting and actively participating in various projects in close collaboration with the senior management.
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive, Team, or Legal Assistant.
- Discretion in handling confidential information and a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Competence in optimizing and managing various administrative processes.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and a keen eye for process improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative work approach.
- Native German speaker with good English skills.
