Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize IT infrastructure and support teams for stable, secure, and scalable ICT solutions.
- Manage projects of varying sizes for the establishment or enhancement of infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure secure provision of system performance, data storage, and communication connections.
- Coordinate problem-solving activities between support levels and internal departments.
Candidate Profile:
- Background in Business Informatics, with a focus on IT infrastructure and service management.
- Proven leadership experience in project management for service management or infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in system development, project management, resource procurement, and information security.
- Excellent knowledge of MS operating systems and office products.
- Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
